What I liked
my partner attended e.n.t on saturday 21st nov .
He saw one of the consultant staff . i am completly disgusted with the treatment he got . my partner as a terrific fear of of scans and cancer due to his past he as had so many scans he his scared stiff . He explained this to to the consultant who still told him he could have lung cancer without doing any tests . my partner is now on the verge of a breakdown , i am so angry at the way he as been treated .
What could be improved
a more subtle approuch could have been used , under the circumstances
