Visited the clinic recently. A great service, opening 7-7 weekdays is really great. I attended early in the day 7am and waited just 30mins before being seen. The nurse/medical team were so friendly and explained everything as and when needed.
I do feel however the front of house member of staff on reception was rather abrupt, as the first person in the department a hello or good morning would have been nice. I was simply handed a clip board, no communication whatsoever and started to fill it in. Not great... The overwhelming feeling I got from the reception was that of monotony of their job with little or no caring.
This made me rather nervous, I felt like a nuance. Thankfully the medical time made my visit much better
