"Outstanding care"

Surgeons, doctors, nurses and health care assistants, physios and dieticians were caring and supportive throughout my two stays, 12 weeks and 3 weeks respectively. Apart from one problem with an agency nurse I had no problems (NHS managers need to improve staffing issues). Special thanks to everyone else - and also the nurses who looked after me in the HD Unit but whose names I can't recall. You all did a fantastic job despite of the stress caused by poor management.
