(as the patient),

Actually nothing in particular happened,

If you discount the usual high standards of friendliness and service from the receptionists

If you discount the service, friendliness and knowledge of the nursing staff

and if you discount the service, friendliness and knowledge of the doctors coupled with the refreshing approach to medical care.

Appointments are normally kept within 5 minutes if not on time.

I have nothing but the utmost respect for this medical practice.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
