About: Peterlee Community Hospital

After a three and a half hour wait for someone to assess my three year old who was suffering from a severe chest infection and breathing difficulty I was absolutely appalled with the service. The receptionist was extremely rude, very unhelpful and had no customer service skills whatsoever, shocking attitude.
