"useless; worst service I have ever received"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I have been phoning the ENT department for 4 days; left more messages than I want to count and they still cannot dignify me with a call back. I will not name the individual but as this is a cancer referral I am chasing up I find this unbelievable.
