I have experience of three wards. I dislocated my hip and received prompt attention with compassion for the pain. I couldn't have had better treatment.
The CCU staff were very efficient and caring although my problem was found not to be cardiac related. Having been transferred to emergency surgery, I couldn't have had better care and I can't thank the doctors and staff enough, including the people who brought a much needed cup of tea!
