(as the patient),

My gynae gave me a paper to take to the theatre scheduling unit.

When I got there two ladies involved in a deep private conversation after about 5 minutes realised I was standing there. The one lady then asked if she can help, took my piece of paper and said stick it in that box, I'll deal with it tomorrow. Goodbye and hurrying me along.

No explanation. I have no idea, am I meant to wait. Will she contact me, what happens now? Is my sheet of paper going to get anywhere. Really tired of guessing as I've been waiting over a year now to get this sorted and another wait and see scenario.

Dear Littlem

We are sorry that your experience with the Theatre Scheduling Department fell below the standard expected. You were contacted yesterday by a member of the department who apologised for the consfusion and also explained what was going to happen next. Hopefully this is all sorted now.
