"John Taylor makes every moment matter"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as the patient),

John Taylor hospice makes me feel safe happy and part of one big family. Everyone, I mean everyone from housekeepers, reception, chefs, nurses doctors and volunteers make me feel part of their team/family. Nothing is too much bother.

John Taylor makes every moment matter, everything at the hospice is superb, cleanliness is second to none. Comfortable care off the scale especially pain/symptom managing. With food being of restaurant quality and activities within the heart of the hospice fabulous.

I haven’t had hospice at home but from the friends/patients I have met see it as second to none. We are not made to feel like ill/dying people we are not an illness or a number we are individuals. JTH has given me back my life and I cannot thank them enough

Every member of staff has made a difference thank you!

All of our staff are dedicated to making every moment matter for everyone we care whether they are being cared for in the community or in our In-Patient Unit, whether they are a day visitor or are with us for respite.

We are grateful for your kind words which we will share with staff.
