It was a shock for me to be ill, but was well looked after by fantastic people from start to finish. From Drs to tea ladies.

(I would say the visiting time could be shorter e. g. 2-4 & 6-8)

Dear Short252,

Thank you for your kind comments regarding Grantham Hospital. We aim to ensure all our patients are treated with respect, dignity and compassion, and it is nice for people to acknowledge when we do a good job.

Also thank you for your comments regarding visiting times. The current visiting times have been put in place to ensure relatives and friends have as much flexibility as possible in visiting, without impacting on the efficiency of the hospital. However, as with all things, these will be reviewed on a regular basis and your feedback will be passed on to those carrying out this review.
