Thank you for your comment about your recent colorectal clinic appointment. It is good to hear that your appointment ran on time and you were greeted by courteous and helpful staff and that you also felt well informed by the consultant.

Feeling you are in safe hands is a very positive acclamation and it is rewarding to the staff to know they were able to instil that level of confidence.
