About: Whiston Hospital

my mother was admitted earlier this evening, my brother lives In NZ, I live in Derbyshire, I have been ringing ward 1c for over an hour now to find out what is happening to our mother & no one is picking up the phone !! Totally unacceptable, we as her children are very concerned & frantically worried !!! Our mother is not a well woman. Can you imagine how this feels ?
