"Bad experience - ongoing"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

On admission friday

Food on floor from previous patient

Food on window sill from previous patient

Dead flies in the florescent lights

Trollies dirty

On treatment

Ivs due at 4 turned up at 9.30 putting the timings out all weekend

Ibuprofen not administered after 3 hrs of requests when child was very hot and unwell - kept being told it was coming, it never did.

I purchased my own from the chemist in the end.

On meals

On Friday dinner ordered, never arrived. Kept being told it was coming every half hour while enquiring, then un-expectantly told the kitchen was closed and we were too late.

Which isn't the case.

It has now improved somewhat, but should never have happened.
