About: West Cumberland Hospital

Excellent ambulance response and care given to my husband at the onset of his current stay in wch. Initially in A and E then transferred to acute A and E ward then onto Kirkstone ward every one was very help full and ensured that he had his treatment and comfort at all times.

TOO Much bad press why don't the local papers look at the positive side Yes support our hospital. But we also need to praise and recognise the hard working staff who give their all and get flattened by. Bad press.

So come one Whitehaven News let's celebrate the GOOD things in life at WCH.!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share the experience of you and your husband at WCH. I can appreciate how upsetting it must have been to see your husband ill and then to have such excellent treatment will have been of great comfort to you both.

I will pass your comments to the staff concerned who will be delighted their care was so appreciated.
