A relative of ours recently had heart surgery at the Chesterman Unit within the Northern General Hospital , Sheffield.
I can only describe the surgical team there as world class and offer my sincere thanks for their care and dedication .
Apart from two notable staff in the High Dependency Ward , all of the nurses treated my relative and ourselves with care and compassion that was exceptional and "well above the call of duty" .
Thank you again to all staff who showed this caring attitude.
