"Complete shambles"

About: Buckland Hospital

Was given an appointment that said "general medicine" no indication as to what it was for. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have gestational diabetes. The nurse wasn't helpful. The doctor sent me to the women's health. After 2 hrs of messing about I had no idea what I was doing and still had to visit the GP.

There's no communication between departments, appointments are not on time and it's very disorganised. Never again. I shall make sure that I never set footo in there again after today. It's an absolute joke

Thank you so much for taking the trouble to let us know about your poor experience at Buckland Hospital. I am so sorry this was so disorganised and it also sounds like we wasted your time. If you would like me to look into what happened please feel free to email me on Sally.smith2@nhs.net.

Once again, apologies for your poor experience.

Sally
