"Very impressed by the quality of care in A&E"

Having recently moved to Cheltenham I have been very impressed by the quality of care provided by the A&E department following fractures to my arm. Despite the department being very busy, after an initial assessment I was X-rayed promptly and received excellent attention. I was kept fully informed throughout the assessment and my treatment plan was clearly explained. Subsequently I have been very happy with the attention I have received in the Orthopaedic clinic and supporting physiotherapy. Medical and support staff have all been attentive and friendly. The hospital is very clean and patients waiting in clinic are kept informed of any delays.
