"Stoned"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I've just had a kidney stone zapped in your Urology Department.

I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughtout.

The procedure was explained to me thoroughly by all the staff.

Your Receptionist was very caring and responded to my request for a little extra support because of poor eyesight.

I didn't get their name, sorry.

Also not to forget the Radiologist; again an a diamond class service.

Dear Mr Parfett

Thank you for your kind words and compliments. These will be passed on to the staff concerned as they always welcome such positive feedback.

Kind regards.
