"Speechless at the quality of service and care!!!"

What can I say that will ever do justice to the immense service they provided?!

After a nightmare beginning to the day thanks to ERS medical losing my booking for transport, I had to drive to the Walton centre. When we arrived 35 minutes late, the staff said not to worry and would fit me in. The doctor who was going to perform my procedure had gone but another stepped forward to perform it.

The first problem was as I had driven there and I am not allowed to drive afterwards, we had to find accommodation fast and et it sorted before they would do the procedure. The secretary in the department went above and beyond their duties helping us find somewhere. Even the security staff went off and found us a leaflet with local hotels in. Even arranged a taxi there too! The security then found us a car park space where the car could be left securely overnight so I could drive home the next day.

Sadly, my procedure couldn't be done due to complications when it was half way through. The staff who performed it were incredibly supportive as I'm terrified of needles and it involved a local and another needle into my nerve. I now await a decision from my consultant who is by far the best I have ever seen anywhere. Listens, understands and works with you for a solution. A refreshing change from my local consultant. 2 1/2 years of pain and he was the first to understand!

I cannot recommend the Walton centre highly enough to anyone. I first attended early November and have had an MRI scan and now this procedure within 1 month! Nothing any other hospital I have been to has ever managed!
