"Excellent care on children's ward A3"

My daughter was admitted to ward A3 via A&E with breathing difficulties. From start to finish the care that my daughter received was excellent. The doctors and nurses all worked tirelessly to provide the Brest possible care not only for our daughter but for the other children on the ward.

Although the ward seemed understaffed the staff did not stop all shift to ensure they gave the care required even staying over their times to ensure all needs were met. There is a real sense of care and compassion on the ward and no matter how short staffed, tired, busy they were they always wore a smile and made everyone feel comfortable and made such and awful time all that bit better.

All the staff from the play team, cleaners, ward Clark hcas, doctors and nurses work so very hard to provide a high standard of care for the children and this should certainly be recognised!

Your manager and the nhs trustshould be very proud!!
