"A change for the better !"

I went to A&E expecting the same problems as usual.long waiting times and poor treatment but to my surprise since A&E has moved to it's new site whilst it awaits the new A&E building I was delighted by my treatment ! I was seen straight away and all investigations done within two hours. Staff were friendly and very efficiant and everything was explained in detail to me so I was aware of the problem and treatment plan. My faith has been restored in the hospital and I want to thank everyone involved in my care. It actually felt as good as private healthcare and I am very impressed,keep up the great work !
