"attendance at accident and emergency following..."

i would just like to say thank you to the wonderful nurse that tended to my hand wound and reassured me whist doing so. I am new to the area and had never been to the hospital as I work away from home. The nurse was very gentle and had a very calming manner. My wife says they have done a really good job (they were a nurse for many years) and my hand is healing up nicely. Thank you and please pass on my gratitude to all nursing staff for their care and professionalism in what must be challenging times for the NHS.
