"helpful competent friendly people - easy to access"

I was inclined to be critical when I was advised to go to minor injuries at Malvern with my grandson - why nothing in Worcester? I was wrong!

I went by car and found parking easy - but i should have gone by train - dead easy from Foregate street - Malvern Link station is a very short walk from the hospital.

The staff were brilliant the facility beautiful and we were on our way home in an hour.
