About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My daughter got rushed in as she calapased and when we got there pass over from ambulance driver to nurse took a qhile then she said what would be done none of what she said was done and we never seen her again and we waited 3hours before seen no one came to see if she was ok not drink offered even tho they new low sugars low iron and blood pressuee dropped discussed in the whole were there app to 8 hrs

I am sorry – it sounds like you didn’t have a good experience at all whilst you were in with your daughter. it is very sad to hear that you didnt feel cared for at all. Unfortunately whilst this is an anonymous review it is impossible for me to track down the notes and talk to the staff involved to understand more about what happened ?
