I would just like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to all doctors and nurses who took care of my mum in area 1, my mum would not be alive today if it wasn't for these doctors and nurses who went above and beyond trying everything possible to help her when the odds were so stacked against her. Nothing was too much trouble and the nursing staff explained everything that was happening to us and provided support to us all, allowing us to spend so much time with mum during her darkest days, providing accommodation so that we could try and rest but not be too far from mum.
The doctors were amazing and listened to us and acted on what we wanted to do as a family and gave every possible treatment to mum. We could never be able to thank these truly amazing professionals for all they done for mum and us as a family, thankfully mum has come through this and i know that if it wasn't for the care, knowledge and passion of this team it would be a completely different story, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for not giving up on our mum.
I think we have the most outstanding hospital and the frontline staff are angels, there is so much negativity within the nhs at the moment, but I can honestly say the care and treatment is world class and we are very lucky to have such an amazing hospital that provides the best care to every person that walks through the doors, I also work for the trust on the frontline and being on the other side I really cannot fault anyone for the commitment to the job and I am very proud to work for such a fantastic, caring, professional organisation.
