"I feel fine about my operation"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the above dept recently, I have never been to a more pleasant clinic ever.

We were greeted politely. We never felt rushed and the Consultant Mr D. Karamchandani was so good he explained everything, it turned out that I have to have quite a serious operation, but I feel fine about it as I know what to expect.
