"Improvement for phone access on ward"

I would like to thank staff on RIdgeway for the improvement with the phone times, this is just one of the many good things that has being done on the ward for the patients.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to give your positive comments about the increase in patient access to the phone as well as other changes on Ridgeway Ward. Staff have listened to patient feedback about phone access and this change has been made as a direct result of that.

This will be reviewed again at the end of February 2016 with the staff and patient group. I will ensure that I pass on your comments to the staff team on the ward.
