About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was due at the Hot Hand clinic last month due to an accident I'd had earlier in the week. When I arrived all members of staff was so was helpful and friendly and service just got better during my visit there.

I was taken care of by a wonderful member of staff, Mary. This lady is a credit to the NHS. She was amazing the whole time I was there.
