"Girls have a nice manner"

About: North Ayrshire Council - Three Towns, North Coast and Arran

(as a service user),

Staff from the council visit me at home twice a week because I live alone. They have a cup of tea with me, do some shopping or tidy up.

It’s very good. The girls have a nice manner, they don’t push themselves onto me. They are polite and ask what I would like them to do. I feel that they want to be there.

It all works fine. The visits are covered by 2 different people, if one is busy then the other one comes.

Dear glencoy

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us regarding the care at home service that you receive from the North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

It is of course very reassuring for us to hear about satisfaction from the people that we support in the community and I am glad that you are having your needs taken care of by the staff who deliver the services.

Once again, please note my thanks for getting in touch with us.

Best Wishes

Anthony Fisher
