"New parking arrangments"

I have visited

PoW many many times for treatment and clinics and have always had the very best of treatment ,

My comments here though relate to the new parking arrangement .Apart from being very expensive the initial 20 mints is far to short a time. . I visited the hospital this morning got the very last Blue badge place next to the back door on the 1st flr.walked down to out patient reception in to eye clinic had a field test no waiting,, Back up to pay machine and that was £2 50 .I do not know the actual time that took but I do know I was back in my car with in 30 mints ( Blue badge clock)

Then I got to the barrier and it would not lift..The person

I spoke to on the call button said they could not see me there screen was blank and so it went on. 10 to 15 mints before a porter came and lifted the barrier and by that time there was quite a queue....Coming back to the initial 20 mints £2 50 that is a lot of money for some people and at least 30 mints should be allowed It would allow a quick ward visit or clinic visit like I made. This small change would help a lot of people , I leave you with that thought.

Hello, and thank you for your thoughtful comments. I will ensure these are passed onto the team who manage parking arrangements at the hospital.

With thanks and best wishes
