What I liked

I have been both and in-patient and an out-patient at Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals throughout the last 3 and a half years and cannot speak highly enough of the nursing care and support I have received on every occasion. From the auxiliary and nursing staff , ambulance crews, to the doctors and consultants, I have found all of them to be professional, friendly and caring individuals. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness is also excellent and the food prepared at the hospital both varied and ample.

What could be improved

Apart from the occasional delays experienced when clinics are busy, I can't think of anything that needs to be improved.

Anything else?

In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending either of the two main Wirral Hospitals to anyone requiring their Services. Too often the NHS are criticised for their standards of care and I can only say from my own experience that the standards of care here are second to none and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved in my patient care.
