"Still waiting for my appointment"

About: Lister Hospital

In May 2015 I was referred to the orthotics dept by my GP, following an assessment and gait analysis by a physiotherapist. I received a letter from the MSK service at the Lister in June saying I would be given an appointment within 18 weeks. It's now almost December, I've phoned three times and got an answerphone each time, and have left messages which haven't been returned.. I'm not at all impressed.

Although there is a team at the Lister, the MSK service is managed by a separate NHS organisation called the Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.
