"Fantastic caring staff"

I was transferred to pilgrim for my antenatal care from Lincoln after I had a terrible experience. From the moment I arrived it smelled clean and staff were very welcoming. The waiting room was homely and I enjoyed the magazines. My scan was very thorough and I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff explained everything. They did all the tests I needed and made sure I was allocated to the right services. A great day. I am now looking forward to my next appointment. A big Thank you to the staff at Pilgrim.
