About: The Royal London Hospital / Neurology

(as the patient),

My GP referred me to the Royal London Neurology department in September, I called see where my appointment is only to be told it has not been looked at yet and if I call back in two weeks I may be on the appointment list, how long should you have to wait just to get an appointment?

They had a prompt call service but I feel the overall communications need improvement.
