"Excellent department"

First time I have attended this clinic and have nothing but praise for the way the department is run . From the receptionists through to the consultant , all were professional in their roles. They even offer refreshments to all waiting patients and carers. I've not seen this done before and it's a pity other hospital clinics don't offer this as it really was a nice touch.
