"Disabled Parking"

I have received parking fines from Gemini Parking when parking in the multi storey car park even though I have used the intercom to give my car registration number and Blue Badge number. Hospital staff have no idea what to do to ensure the car has been properly registered - Gemini should make sure they do know especially at reception in the Clock Tower. Useless system.
