Having brought my daughter into a and e with abdominal pain after consultation from telephone conversation with doctor, having to wait nearly 6 hours before being seen by a doctor is appalling, the only reason it was 6 hours and not more was because I made the receptionist aware we had been waiting that long " as she's a child we have brought her forward on the list " pathetic !
