"in patient stay St margarets Ward"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Health care assistances provided very good care, Trained staff whilst generally friendly make little contact with the patients. Some staff have very poor skills in picking up distress of relatives with very poorly patients, and lack any empathy and compassion at all, a very poor role model for junior staff. Communication amongst staff nursing and medical seems to be poor care and decision making at best is random and uncoordinated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that some of the staff were not caring. I will make sure the ward manager sees your posting and takes action with her teams.

Thank you again for feeding back,

Sally
