"GP didn't give me enough help but asked me to rate him as excellent"

My GP in Southall, West London, had diagnosed me as depressed and someone who was mentally unstable and gone away from this world. In my opinion he did not do enough to help me, but instead, he said, if you rate my surgery the best, as in excelent, i will give you and your family excelent care and will lookafter you. i was on cruches,i was weak, ill and had lost my confidence, However, my doctor had promised to help me, but he diverted me to wrong places like mental help. i had housing issues, i could not work due to my health conditions and kept leaving work, but every time i went to him for help, he turnd me down and said, your a burden and you keep coming to ME! so from that time until i had changed my doctor, i was ill i was confused and too upset, as in my opinion he was also treating my mother and other people in the west London area very badly. But always made the patients vote him excellent. It's my understanding that if someone stood up to him, he would tell them to change their GP. As he had also told myself and family.
