"A and E Service and Attention"

I was taken I'll with severe dizziness upon waking and went to the A as E. In less than 10 mins I was seen by the Triage nurse and within one hour by the junior doctor. I was constantly checked and regularity informed of progress and action.

I was then handed to the medical team for a scan and further checks.

Unfortunately there had been a serious accident the some people much more in need of attention went ahead of me, quite rightly, but I was advised what was happening and kept updated.

I was then CTC scanned and had a full debrief from the doctor who even got hold of a physio to finish treatment.

All in all I received excellent attention and service.
