"outtstanding care"

after having a microlaryngoscopy at bri on 28th nov 2015 i nust comment on the superb care i recieved. Consultant took the time to call me after surgery and explain findings and follow up the anasetist in theatre who i was having a joke with really made me feel relaxed!!!!!! nurses in both stage 1 recivery and stage 2 recovery proffessional and smiley and genuinely cared standing out for me was staff nurse in stage 2 recovery could not do enough for me in terms of getting my meds sorted talkimg me through recovery and having a joke with my husband whilst still being proffessional i have recieved great care from the nhs over the years however the care i recieved yesterday was second to none i am recovering really well and im certain that the care i recieved has helped me both phusically and emotionally as i have had a real tough time recently Many thanks to all involved in looking after me. My daughter is joining the nhs in january working in theatres at southmead ho w proud i am that she will be joing a great establishment
