I was so impressed by the quality of care at the Foscote and felt privileged to live in the western world in the 21st century. We are so lucky.

The organisation functioned as a team, and staff were clearly glad to be part of it.

I had a similar operation six years ago in a different hospital, also funded by the NHS, and whilst that experience was entirely positive, this time round it was in a different league.

A couple of days after the operation, I am well on the road to recovery - little bruising, hardly any discomfort. A really good job!
