About: Community Nursing Services / Ashfield Community Nursing

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We feel that the time taken for an appropriate dressing for mum's foot was too long. Family had to contact GP/district nursing service. Communication was poor between nurses/GP.

We feel concern for patients who do not have family to intervene on their behalf.
