About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I had to visit A&E @ Queens today. The whole process was caring, professional and efficient. The staff have to deal with some very difficult people, and, in my visit they dealt with it professionally . I'm tired of people slating our NHS/Queens Hospital. In a challenging modern we are lucky to have anything. Thanks to everyone who dealt with me today, much appreciated .

I am very pleased to hear about your positive experience within our Emergency Department and it is lovely to hear that all the staff that treated you did so in such a caring manner and were professional and efficient.
