"Minor Injuries Unit Center"

About: Wycombe Hospital

I called the Nhs 111 at 10.pm on Thursday 25.11.2015. My called was answered within five minutes. I confirm my details are told them about my left eye which was sore and hand a white spot under the eyelid. I was given the option of going Stoke Manderville or Wycombe Hospital. I chose Wycombe and given a appointment time,to go to the hospital whichever was 11.12 pm. I arrived and was directed to the waiting room. Where I would be called from the screen. I was seen with 15-20 mins. I was examined by the doctor and prescribed some eye drops. I was thankful this it was not more serious. I thanked the consultant for seeing me so promptly and commented that I thought I would be there for sometime. The service was efficient and smooth. Keep up the good work during these difficult times.

Thank you for your comments.

It is lovely to read that you feel that you have received such prompt, efficient and smooth care from the doctor you saw at the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit at Wycombe Hospital on 25 November 2015.

It is encouraging for staff to learn of how well the care they have worked to provide such a quality patient experience and it is to this end that I will forward your comments to the Patient Experience Team at Bucks Urgent Care who are the service providers for this service.
