About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I had to take my son to the children's A and E after he had a rugby accident.

Yes the place was extremely busy.

My son was seen quickly at first and assessed.

It got busier and busier as the afternoon went on. Although I have to say the care and treatment my son received was fantastic. At no point did the nurses look upset stressed or unhappy and checked on him throughout. We were there for just under 6 hours, but this is because of the through care he received. It was a worrying time but the consultants doctors and nurses were very professional and good.

Happy and smiles regardless of how busy they all were!
