"complaints department"

About: Guy's Hospital

I made a complaint on the 28th of july 2015 regarding my less than useless non treatment that never happened, as of yet 4 months later I still not have had a reply.

The complaints department say that they will reply within 25 working days, after this time 18th of September, I called , and was told a letter was sent to me on the 16th explaining why I had not been replied to yet, I never received this letter, but after a lot of call received it in late October. I have been told on many occasions that the reply to my complaint is ready to be sent, when i do not receive it I contact the complaints department, only to be told that it needs to be sent back to the chief executive for, conformation/ amendment/ signature dog eat his homework or some other unfeasible excuse. so if you need to make a complaint about the complaints department be warned!!! it will get you no where,

Four Yes 4 Months yet still no reply.

Why not?
