"Brilliant care ED ICU E20 C30"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Thankfully after sustaining life threatening injuries my relative is now making good progress thanks to the team at QMC. Absolutely brilliant care from all involved, friendly, efficient, compassionate staff who introduced themselves and explained every step.

Best practice and 6cs in action throughout, much appreciated, thank you.

Of course. We do not actually have a ward E20 so I had guessed that this was a mistake, but thank you for letting us know the ward you meant.

Best wishes, Maria
