"Another cancellation"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, Queen Square

I see the reviews of this hospital...supposedly one of the best.

But try and get an NHS appointment.

Not only was there a long wait for an appointment (which in itself was re-scheduled) but just as soon as I receive texts (two of them) to remind me of my (at last) forthcoming appointment, I get a 3rd text saying that I need to call the secretary.

I call and find out the appointment has been cancelled.

No apology offered just I have these alternatives.

Because I insist I am told the reason for the cancellation, I find out it's the junior doctor's strike

Meanwhile I just carry on suffering......
