"Speech therapy in school"

As SENCO in a busy primary school I liaise with many outside agencies. Some of the children attending our school have very complex needs often including speech and communication. The Speech Therapists go out of their way to help the children and staff. Any referrals are given their full attention. They will go through the programmes with staff to ensure that the staff know how to implement them and they are also mindful of the time it takes to deliver the programmes.
